Remote Full-time | Recruiting Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Actively source candidates, with a primary focus on marketing and tech positions. Use LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean search, as well as engage candidates through Telegram, professional communities, and alternative resources. Analyze the candidate market to develop effective sourcing strategies depending on the position. Maintain candidate information in the internal database (Jira, ATS). Maintain candidate information in the internal database (Jira, ATS). Publish job openings on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms. Continuously expand the network of contacts and build an active candidate pipeline, taking into account the team’s future hiring needs. Optimize sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency. Provide feedback to candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
