Talent Sourcer - We are currently looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to strengthen our team. Remote Full-time | Recruiting Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Closing active vacancies within the team.
Actively sourcing candidates across various platforms, including Telegram, social media, professional communities and forums, job boards, and LinkedIn. Analyzing the talent market to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role. Maintaining candidate data in internal systems (Jira, ATS). Conducting initial communication with candidates and running pre-screen calls. Posting job openings on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms. Continuously expanding the talent pipeline and building a strong candidate network based on future hiring needs. Optimizing sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency. Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcer in IT and/or digital domains.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
