People Partner Responsibilities
 
Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, offering counsel on HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Drive workforce planning, performance management systems, and succession
Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching of managers on difficult conversations.
Co-design and deploy engagement, retention, and development
Monitor and interpret people metrics (turnover, engagement, ), and make data-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR
Foster and reinforce a positive, inclusive, high-performing
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
 
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and recruiting
Source and engage passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and networks.
Screen, interview, and manage the candidate selection process through offer
Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for critical or hard-to-fill
Support employer branding / candidate experience
Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and HR once candidates are
What We're Looking For:
 
Required Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated exposure to both people partnering and recruiting.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, DECI, and recruitment strategies.
Experience with HRIS, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, influence, relationship-building, and coaching skills. Proven ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, outreach).
Preferred/Nice-to-have Experience
 
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
Prior experience in hybrid / dual-role HR + recruiting positions.
Familiarity with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or candidate journey design.
