Together with the Communications team, you will strengthen the emotional connection between the company and candidates through creative campaigns, online and offline events, partnerships, and diverse hiring initiatives that reflect our culture and support business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and execute a Talent Marketing strategy.

Scale the employer brand presence across candidate touchpoints (career page, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).

Organize talent attraction events (hiring weeks/days, conferences, intensives, internships, schools, etc.).

Build partnerships with universities, educational programs, and professional communities to form a strong talent pipeline.

Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and conferences.

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team.

Run digital campaigns to generate candidate leads.

Manage the budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Developing and implementing the Talent Marketing strategy.
