Strong Junior SMM Specialist job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Creating content for Honeytoon’s social media pages: TikTok, Reddit, Instagram. Finding creative solutions to increase reach and audience engagement metrics. Interacting with the audience on social media (responding to comments). Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams. Setting tasks for creatives and writing accompanying texts. Evaluating content effectiveness and improving results. Exploring and testing new approaches to promotion.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1+ year of experience as an SMM Specialist.
Skills in working with Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Knowledge of key metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
Copywriting skills.
Basic skills in graphic editors.
Ability to sense, search for, and analyze trends.
Ability to generate new ideas.
Literacy and attention to detail.
Experience working with video content (Reels) will be an advantage.
