Strategic Partnerships Account Manager We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to own and grow our North American sub-affiliate program, MRKTPLAYS. This role is ideal for someone with early career experience in account management, affiliate marketing, partner operations, or business development within the regulated online gambling industry, and who is ready to take full ownership in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where the successful candidate will manage the full partner lifecycle—from acquisition through onboarding, activation, growth, and ongoing performance management. You will be accountable for driving partner success and ensuring operational excellence across your portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, Excel-savvy, and comfortable balancing relationship management with operational execution in a rapidly evolving environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
 
 
 
Partner Acquisition & Business Development
 
Identify and develop prospective sub-affiliate partners within regulated North American online gambling markets
Drive outbound outreach via LinkedIn, conferences, email, and industry networks
Qualify prospects and lead early-stage partnership discussions
Schedule and lead introductory calls to advance partnership opportunities
 
 
Account Ownership & Partner Growth
 
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized affiliate and sub-affiliate accounts.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner inquiries and requests.
Maintain strong partner relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
Drive engagement, performance, and long-term partner retention
Proactively identify expansion opportunities across accounts
 
 
Onboarding & Operations
 
Own end-to-end partner onboarding, ensuring fast and accurate activation
Coordinate onboarding workflows across internal systems (e.g., Jira)
Ensure proper setup, tracking, and readiness for campaign launch
Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth partner activation
 
 
 
 
Reporting & Reporting
 
Own partner performance tracking and reporting across your portfolio
Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational trackers
Ensure data accuracy across systems and resolve discrepancies
Support reconciliation and payment accuracy in partnership with Finance
 
 
 
 
Cross-Functional Execution
 
Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Commercial teams to support execution
Drive timely resolution of partner needs and operational issues
Support conference preparation, partner meetings, and follow-ups
Continuously identify and implement process improvements as the program scales
Other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
 
 
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
 
 
 
1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, or Coordinator-level roles.
Experience within the regulated U.S. or North American online gambling industry.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition channels.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-starter with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and support operational tasks.
Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, or Jira is preferred.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
Experience with regulated online sports betting, casino, or iGaming markets in North America.
Experience with AppsFlyer / MMP Partners
Experience attending or supporting industry conferences and events.
Knowledge of tracking platforms, reporting systems, or partner management tools.
 
 
 
Physical Requirements:
 
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 8 hours per day. At times, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities, as may be occasionally asked to travel to sites or events. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
