What you will be doing
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligning with SEO & industry trends and company objectives.
Define requirements for new features, focusing on SEO benefits and optimizing affiliate revenue streams.
Effectively manage the development backlog, and prioritize feature development based on their business impact, and potential ROI.
Ensure that all product deliverables are of high quality, meet user expectations, and comply with technical specifications.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits, feature comparisons, and competitor audits to identify areas for improvement.
Lead the optimization of Core Web Vitals across your portfolio, collaborating with the development team to ensure optimal user experience and enhanced SEO performance.
Oversee the migration of the portfolio of sport affiliate websites and their current tech stack to our centralized platform.
Lead and manage the development team, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability.
Serve as a leading authority on our sports betting affiliate websites within the organization.
Conduct regular stakeholder alignment meetings to gather input, communicate progress, manage expectations, and harness group knowledge.
Manage the creation and maintenance of training and onboarding documents for our sports betting affiliate websites, ensuring smooth operations and easy adoption of new features by team members.
Be responsible for implementing and managing the scrum process, ensuring agile practices are followed and optimized for the team's workflow.
Manage system releases and maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders regarding developments, timelines, and impacts.
Business Case Development: Develop business cases for new initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and demonstrate clear ROI, particularly in relation to affiliate revenues.
Cost Management and Sprint Value Justification: Manage development costs and ensure that each sprint or project phase delivers significant value and remains within budget.
Who we are looking for
At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager in sports related roles
Understanding of Agile Framework
Experience working with development teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated passion for high-energy execution and problem solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate teams and keep members engaged
Positive attitude and a growth mindset
