Requirements:
- Maintain an account on your own without daily monitoring;
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain a daily rhythm of publications;
- Analytical thinking and metrics readiness;
- Quick reaction to news feeds (within hours, not days);
- Open to feedback and quick iteration;
- Attention to detail: accuracy in facts, dates, compositions;
- English B1+;
- Good focus in top promotions: UFC, PFL, ONE Championship;
- Understanding the MMA context: weight classes, division rankings, top fighters and their styles, fight card announcements, and tournament results;
- A sense of storylines: rivalries, trash talk, revenge, which is what viral content is born from.

Responsibilities:
- Lead sports accounts (MMA) c Instagram and Facebook;
- Monitoring news feeds and promptly releasing content;
- Create static posts and carousels using a ready-made template;
- Instagram signature writing;
- Analytics and content optimization;
- Compliance with daily content‑rhythm;
- Monitoring news, inside information and social networks;
- Selection of photos/visuals for the template.
It will be a plus:
- AI‑tools experience: Nano Banana, GPT Image, Runway;
- Experience in sports account management;
- Experience creating templates;
- Understanding the MMA‑industry at the fan or expert level.
