Smm Specialist - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Creating and implementing SMM strategies for Boosta. Planning and creating content – from idea to publication (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook).
Writing briefs for designers, organizing and planning video shoots, and editing videos if necessary. Communicating with the audience on social media – responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Developing the EGC direction and encouraging colleagues to become brand ambassadors. Developing and running advertising campaigns (Meta Ads). Creating interesting collaborations and constantly seeking new approaches.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Have 2+ years of experience. Previous work in creative or SMM agencies is a big plus.
Write well and effortlessly, have a perfect command of Ukrainian, and English at a B2+ level.
Can analyze performance using metrics and optimize strategies to achieve even better results.
Feel trends and generate great ideas.
Think strategically, pay attention to details, and strive to create meaningful communications.
