We’re currently looking for a Site Manager, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for our assigned sites.
 
 
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
 
 
Site Ownership & Opportunity
 
Take full responsibility for assigned sites, spotting opportunities to create high-quality content and launch features that enhance visitor value.
 
Market Trend Awareness
 
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and regulations, feeding these insights into content strategies and site roadmaps.
 
Widgets & Offers
 
Manage top-performing widgets (promos/bonuses).
Refresh widget lists weekly and on partner/offer changes; verify accuracy of T&Cs and expiry dates.
 
Video & Assets
 
Upload and manage videos on YouTube/Vimeo with correct metadata.
Embed videos on-site where relevant.
 
Performance & Tech Hygiene
 
Monitor site speed, uptime, and stability; raise issues and ensure fixes with Development.
Maintain technical hygiene including redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, and hreflang.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
Work closely with Content, Design, and Video teams to brainstorm and implement UX and growth-enhancing features.
 
Research & Opportunity Discovery
 
Conduct research into user journeys, pain points, and untapped opportunities.
Track competitor structures, promos, widgets, keywords, and link gaps; share actionable insights.
 
Campaign Coordination
 
Coordinate campaigns with CRM, Sales, and Marketing for consistent, impactful execution.
 
Publishing & QA (no writing)
 
Publish approved content in CMS, ensuring accurate formatting, internal linking, disclaimers, RG notices, and age gates.
 
Performance Monitoring
 
Track and report on site KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
 
A/B Testing & Data-Driven Decisions
 
Run A/B tests (layouts, widget order, CTAs, tables, copy).
Document hypothesis → result → next step.
 
Industry Expertise
 
Maintain a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.
 
 
The ideal candidate should have:
 
 
 
Minimum 3 years managing content or affiliate sites (iGaming experience is a strong plus).
Proficiency with WordPress (or similar CMS) and working knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Wincher, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and Looker Studio.
Highly detail-driven, process-oriented, and an excellent communicator across teams.
Awareness of GDPR, consent management, and Responsible Gambling practices.
A good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Estonian, Hungarian, Greek, or Albanian is considered a strong plus.
