SEO Team Lead | Kosmo We are currently looking for a strong SEO Team Lead to join Kosmo — a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first). Remote Full-Time | SEO Apply job description In this role, you will be responsible for: Research SERPs and identify new organic traffic opportunities. Search for, evaluate, and test external platforms for SEO growth. Launch and optimize SEO pages for priority search queries. Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze results. Work with content, semantic clustering, and link-building strategies. Scale successful SEO approaches and solutions. Build and continuously improve processes within the new SEO direction. Plan activities and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Gradually build and develop a team. Take ownership of results and make data-driven decisions.
Must-have experience:
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of SEO and ranking principles in competitive niches.
Experience with link building and external placement platforms.
Experience working with content and semantic research.
Understanding of parasite SEO or alternative organic traffic acquisition approaches.
Strong SERP and competitor analysis skills.
Experience developing and validating SEO hypotheses.
Ability to evaluate performance through traffic, rankings, and business metrics.
Experience scaling successful SEO processes or strategies.
Basic management experience or motivation to develop into a leadership role.
Structured thinking, proactivity, and strong ownership of results.
Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or other highly competitive niches will be a strong advantage.
