SEO Team Lead job description Responsibilities: Develop and execute a practical action plan to achieve traffic goals set by the Head of Direction, validated by the Head of SEO. Set up a team of SEO specialists. Organize the work of a team: assign and monitor tasks, track workload, and ensure the necessary resources are available. Handle human resource management of the SEO team: evaluate and grade specialists, track performance. Identify a person's strengths and weaknesses, form PDPs, and provide direct training. Work alongside SEO specialists on each project to prepare and coordinate the implementation of SEO strategies. Take responsibility for collecting and monitoring team metrics (KPIs). Plan and oversee the SEO budget. Conduct competitor analysis to form SEO strategies and make effective decisions. Develop crisis action plans (sudden algorithm updates, significant traffic drops, etc.). Collaborate with the Product Manager to discover new ways of attracting traffic and propose methods for improving the CTR of existing traffic. Form hypotheses and monitor testing, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends, derive insights, and implement best practices. Recruit and manage freelance resources for the team when necessary. Launch new projects.
