Now we are looking for a team SEO of specialists at various levels (from Junior to Team Lead/Head). Transparent Career Track:
Junior → Middle → Senior → Team Lead → Head of SEO
Growth based on results, the ability to lead multi GEO projects, build strategy and manage a team. ______________________
Requirements:
- Experience in position SEO in the iGaming niche from 1.5 years;
- Knowledge of the top iGaming markets (Tier-1: UK, CA, AU, DE, etc.);
- Technical SEO:
Full technical site audit (indexing errors, duplicates, redirects, canonical URLs);
Working with Core Web Vitals, download speed, mobile version;
Configuring and checking robots.txt, sitemap.xml, hreflang;
Understanding internal linking and site architecture;
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS — without developer dependency in minor edits;
Working with log files (crawling budget analysis);
- Analytics and tools:
Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console + GA4;
- Semantics and content:
Collecting and clustering the semantic core;
Setting technical specifications for copywriters for SEO tasks;
Understanding search intents and content sinkhole structure;
Basic understanding of EAT in the context of iGaming;
Knowledge of BERT principles and understanding how Google reads context and natural language;
- Linkbuilding:
Understanding various link building techniques;
Understanding how to build a link in a gray niche without pessimism;
Working with drop domains: searching, analyzing and evaluating donors, understanding drop schemes;
- English A2+;
- Availability of successful cases and results (with possibility of demonstration).
 
!Willingness to perform technical specifications (if necessary)Responsibilities:— Conducting technical audits of sites: identifying and eliminating indexing errors, duplicates, speed and structure problems;— Collecting, clustering and prioritizing the semantic core for specific GEOs and languages;— Developing and implementing a content strategy: from structure to setting technical specifications for copywriters;
 
 
 
 
 
— Construction and control of the reference profile: outreach, PBN, drop domains, anchor sheets;
— Analysis of competitors: what they promote, how they build links, what content works;
— Monitoring positions, traffic and conversions — regular reporting with conclusions, not just numbers;
— Working with Google Search Console and GA4: analyzing traffic behavior, identifying growth points;
— Coordination with the team: developers, copywriters, designers — setting clear tasks and monitoring execution;
— Adapting the strategy to Google updates and niche changes;
—Hypothesis testing: new page formats, anchors, content types — with result measurement;
— Dealing with multilingual projects and multiple GEOs at the same time;
— Self-management of projects from audits to traffic growth and positions.
 
It will be a plus:
— Multilingual SEO (EN /DE / FR / PT / ES and other GEO);
— Basic Python or parsing skills for routine automation;
— AI experience (content and any automation);
— Understanding CMS: WordPress, custom engines — ability to work without constant developer help;
— Experience with the Google Search Console API for automated reporting;
— Knowledge of the basics of SEO software (page scaling through templates);
— Cases in iGaming, gambling, betting.
