Senior SEO We are looking for a Senior SEO to join our team and lead the development of scalable SEO strategies. In this role, you will build and manage a strong SEO team, drive traffic and business growth metrics, implement automation solutions, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across multiple digital channels. Remote Full-time | SEO Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Build and manage an SEO team, including Junior/Middle/Senior SEO Specialists, Content Specialists, and PMs. Develop and execute SEO strategies across hundreds of micro-sites. Monitor and optimize key metrics, including traffic, rankings, FTD, backlinks, and costs. Establish and improve SEO processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics. Work with large-scale volumes of websites, domains, and content. Implement automation solutions and tools for SEO analytics and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with production, content, linkbuilding, and business development teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
3+ years of SEO experience focused on Western markets (Tier 1 / Tier 2).
Proven hands-on cases in highly competitive niches such as iGaming, finance, crypto, betting, or similar industries.
Experience developing SEO strategies from scratch and driving projects to measurable results.
Experience managing SEO teams or cross-functional specialists.
Strong ability to work with large datasets using Google Sheets, SQL, or similar tools.
Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, and Screaming Frog.
Strong understanding of technical SEO optimization.
Practical experience working with custom CMS platforms and WordPress.
Will be a plus:
Experience launching websites at scale (PBNs, website networks, automated systems, content generation).
Experience with automation tools such as Zennoposter, A-Parser, AI bots, and API integrations.
Experience building and executing custom linkbuilding strategies using different link types.
Experience working with large-scale content generation using multiple approaches and methodologies.
Experience configuring and monitoring TDS systems and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
