As a Senior SEO Manager, you are expected to:
Lead SEO strategy: Define and deliver a clear roadmap aligned with business goals, while mentoring junior SEOs and representing SEO across teams.
Own technical SEO: Oversee audits, migrations, crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international SEO.
Drive content visibility: Shape keyword strategy, enforce SEO best practices, and partner with content teams to scale optimised content.
Build authority: Oversee and execute high-quality link acquisition and digital PR strategies.
Reporting: Track KPIs and report performance with actionable insights.
Keep up with advancements in SEO: Stay ahead of industry changes.

Requirements
5+ years of proven hands-on SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page areas.
Strong track record in end-to-end SEO project management, including large-scale site migrations.
Deep technical expertise: crawl management, schema, and international SEO. Demonstrated success in driving measurable organic growth in traffic and revenue.
Strong leadership skills: ability to mentor, review, and elevate junior team members.
Proficiency in leading SEO tools such GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex SEO concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming SEO
Familiarity with analytics/BI tools (Looker Studio, BigQuery).
Experience in digital PR or managing external agencies/partners.
