What you will be doing
Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, developing strong and lasting partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client’s business to provide strategic solutions.
Monetize and optimize a wide range of performance marketing and commercial media channels for maximum profitability.
Deliver advanced reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide business decisions.
Take full commercial ownership of your accounts across a diverse range of markets, identifying and executing new growth opportunities.
Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Represent Gentoo Media at industry events and conferences, building networks and identifying business opportunities.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Partner with internal teams to develop innovative campaigns and new product offerings.
Consistently exceed annual revenue targets, both individually and through team leadership.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership.

Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the iGaming or affiliate marketing space
Experience managing high-value accounts and negotiating large-scale commercial agreements
Strong expertise in performance marketing, media buying, and monetized acquisition channels
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and BI/data analytics platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and markets simultaneously
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written); other languages a plus
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
Ability to adapt quickly in an evolving, high-growth environment
