The Role

 

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Sports Pillar. This is a high impact role focused on elevating our core betting experience across web and mobile, including our upcoming app launch

Your Impact

Owning end to end product design across key areas of the Covers betting experience

Designing clean, intuitive, data heavy interfaces focused on odds, player stats and team stats

Translating complex betting data into experiences that are simple and valuable for users

Partnering closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads within a squad model

Leading problem definition, research, wireframing, testing and final UI delivery

Conducting market and competitor research independently

Elevating design standards and processes within the team

Contributing to the optimisation of our new app launching in the coming weeks

What You’ll Bring

8 to 10+ years in Product Design with strong end to end process ownership

Exceptional UX and UI craft, with experience designing complex, data heavy products

Ability to simplify large amounts of information into clean, intuitive experiences

Strong product portfolio demonstrating impact, reasoning and real shipped work

Experience in sports betting, gaming or fintech preferred, with genuine interest in the space

The Interview Process

1st stage: 30 minute screening call with Talent

2nd stage: Interview with the Head of Design focused on portfolio and project deep dive

3rd stage: Interview with a Product Designer and Product Manager to assess product thinking, collaboration and team fit
