Be part of a product team building solutions for a TIER 3 market with a large user base;
Track product performance through clear and informative dashboards;
Generate and validate hypotheses through A/B testing, working with product metrics and user behavior;
Deliver high-quality data visualizations that support decision-making at the product team level;
Improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data that drives product decisions;
Collaborate with Data Engineers to support and optimize the analytics infrastructure.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
At least 2 years in product analytics or a related role (Product Analyst, Data Analyst with a product focus);
Strong SQL skills: writing queries, validating data quality, working with large datasets;
Experience with BI tools — preferably Tableau (or readiness to quickly switch from Power BI, Looker, etc.);
Hands-on experience with the full A/B testing cycle: hypothesis design, execution, result interpretation;
Solid knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply it to product data;
Familiarity with key product metrics: retention, user behavior, conversion, monetization;
English — Intermediate level or higher (documentation and communication with team members);
Experience with Python or analytics tools like Amplitude or GA is a plus, but not required.
