Senior Motion Designer

16 JUL 2026

Senior Motion Designer We are currently looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our health & fitness platform for women, designed to support physical well-being through a personalized approach. Our ambition is simple — millions of downloads, seven-figure revenue, and a conscious community of users who choose our product as their pressure-free training platform. Remote Full-Time | Design Apply job description In the role of Senior Motion Designer, you will: Produce high-impact video ad creatives at high volume for paid social based on briefs from the creative team — and contribute your own concepts to the pipeline. Adapt creatives across platforms, formats, and localizations; build variations and scalable creative systems from winning concepts. Use AI tools as a core part of your production workflow: generate video, images, and voiceovers, then integrate them into polished creatives. Research, test, and implement new tools and automation to speed up production and raise the creative bar. Collaborate closely with the team — from brainstorming through iteration.

You’re our perfect match if:
You have 2+ years of experience as a motion designer in the paid performance niche: apps, web2app, web2web.
You have experience creating video for Meta/TikTok ads at volume.
You have hands-on production experience with AI tools — this is a must-have. At least one tool is required per category: video, image, and audio. You have a real understanding of prompting and where each tool fits in a workflow.
You have a strong grasp of dynamic editing, composition, rhythm, and visual storytelling — the ability to combine visuals, motion, and sound into a competitive video product.
You have working knowledge of video editing, image/graphics tools, and basic audio editing — enough to handle a creative end-to-end without handoffs.
You have strong time management: you plan your own workload, ship on deadline, and take ownership without being managed.
Nice to have:
Experience working with performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, etc.) and iterating on creatives based on data.
Experience building automation or templates for creative production.
