Publishing Coordinator Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Publishing Coordinator to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing content workflows and publishing schedules across video and audio platforms. This role is essential in ensuring our video podcast episodes are published on time, optimized for discovery, and consistent across all distribution channels. The Publishing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Producer, Podcasts.

Your Challenge
Monitor networks, endpoints, and infrastructure for suspicious activity using available tooling (e.g. SIEM, XDR).
Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents, ensuring actions are documented and follow-ups are tracked.
Operate and maintain core security tools, including firewalls, email filtering, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts with relevant stakeholders.
Implement and maintain security controls such as access management, encryption, and patching.
Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends, and assess relevance to the business.
Contribute to internal security awareness, providing guidance on good practices and hygiene across teams.
Assist in maintaining and updating security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
Participate in and coordinate the on-call schedule for incident response, always ensuring adequate coverage.
Translate security objectives into actionable work and support the execution of strategic initiatives.
Track team performance against defined SLAs and KPIs; ensure consistent reporting on incidents, risks, and metrics.
Act as a liaison between InfoSec and other departments to ensure alignment on security risks and mitigation activities.
Mentor junior team members or cross-functional colleagues on key security concepts and workflows.
