Senior HR People Partner job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Launching and managing key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, development, and others. Supporting employees throughout all stages of their lifecycle within the company. Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with managers and employees to provide support, foster development, and deliver feedback. Collaborating with the CEO to shape and integrate company values. Customizing and managing the HRM system (PeopleForce) to meet the needs of the business unit. Maintaining ongoing communication with managers: providing support, coordination, and consulting. Implementing HR Health metrics.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience building HR functions from scratch (policies, onboarding, knowledge base).
Understanding of performance management systems: KPIs, frameworks, and competencies.
Proficiency in working with HRM systems (experience with PeopleForce is a plus).
Proficiency in working with HRM systems (experience with PeopleForce is a plus).
Project management skills and the ability to systematize processes.
Experience setting up processes in distributed teams.
Personal qualities:
Systematic and critical thinking.
Proactivity and initiative.
Ability to understand the business and adapt to its style.
Capability to work without rigid instructions.

Ability to build trust and partnership relationships with management.
