We are currently expanding our WebTech Engineering direction and are looking for a Senior Engineer who is ready to take on greater responsibility, influence technical decisions, and help the team grow stronger.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Designing the architecture of new projects and evolving existing systems.

Working with multiple teams (6 teams, 15+ developers) by providing technical support and expertise.

Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and supporting developers in solving complex technical challenges.

Troubleshooting and resolving non-trivial technical issues.

Communicating with stakeholders and translating business goals into effective technical solutions.

Building, optimizing, and automating development workflows (local development, deployment, CI/CD, project adaptation).

Improving development and delivery processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Deep understanding of PHP

6+ years of overall software development experience

1+ year of hands-on experience with Python

Experience working with Docker and SQL

Strong knowledge of JavaScript with practical experience in Vue.js

Confidence in taking ownership and working effectively in uncertain or evolving environments.

A passion for helping other developers and sharing knowledge.

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A desire to grow into a Tech Lead / Technical Owner role rather than a people management position.
