Requirements
? What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years focused on data platforms, pipelines, or integrations – Mandatory.
Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, attribution, and API integrations – Mandatory.
Hands-on experience with modern data stacks like BigQuery, Snowflake, DBT, AWS – Mandatory.
Excellent communication skills — able to translate business needs into technical specs.
Experience working with marketing teams or platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) – Advantage.
Structured, self-driven, and accountable; thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal data products and integrations.
Build and maintain robust data flows from external platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) into our systems.
Collaborate with data engineers, BI analysts, and PMs to deliver high-quality, trusted data pipelines.
Own the product backlog for the Data team; prioritize for business impact and scale.
Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across tools and platforms.
Act as the internal “data translator” — connecting technical teams with marketing and business units.
Drive internal adoption of data tools and dashboards by making them intuitive and actionable.
