Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UK, IE, and NZ content marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration with the SEO Director.
Define and drive KPIs and OKRs to guide performance, ensuring that goals are met and outcomes are consistently tracked and analyzed.
Strategic Content Planning & Execution
Develop and execute content strategies that effectively serve users, with a strong focus on brand and product positioning within the market.
Conduct market research to support brand and product positioning, ensuring decisions are driven by user needs and competitive insights.
Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in brand and marketing, ensuring strategies are forward-looking and impactful.
Oversee the development and implementation of high-impact content and SEO optimizations to maximize visibility and results.
Project & Budget Management
Lead and support large-scale campaigns and projects across designated platforms, ensuring alignment with promotional and business strategies.
Manage budgets for content, SEO, and media initiatives, with regular reporting on performance, costs, and ROI.
