What you'll be doing
As our Senior Communications Coordinator, you won’t be writing posts. You’ll ensure that everything published reflects our brand DNA, fits the moment, and connects across audiences.
Own our editorial calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, intranet, newsletters, and press
Coordinate content delivery across internal teams and external creators and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned, informed, and on track
Enforce editorial quality by owning tone-of-voice governance, narrative QA, and final content approvals
Track progress and unblock workflows, managing campaign timelines and resolving delivery bottlenecks
Liaise with HR, TA, Sales, and EMT to gather stories, align initiatives, and ensure communication priorities are structurally sound
Maintain workflow documentation, asset templates, and editorial processes
Support reporting and insights, surfacing structural patterns and reputation-relevant feedback
Guard delivery standards - across tone, clarity, sequencing, and publication readiness

What you bring
7+ years of experience in communications project management, editorial operations, or cross-functional content coordination
Experience managing calendars, QA workflows, and stakeholder collaboration in a communications environment
Familiarity with content planning tools, project management systems, and reporting frameworks
A strong grasp of narrative structure, tone of voice, and editorial governance
