Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
 
Minimum 3 years of experience in online performance marketing (ad-tech/iGaming a strong advantage) – must have.
Fluent spoken and written English – must have.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to switch between detail focus and big-picture view – must have.
Willingness to travel internationally for conferences – must have.
Advanced analytical skills; data-driven mindset; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must have.
Excellent communication skills: clear reporting, persuasive client interaction, and effective cross-team collaboration – must have.
Independent, self-motivated, decisive, and performance-driven.
Comfortable collaborating across global time zones.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Track record managing large, high-value customer portfolios.
Strong and effective negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree – preferred.
Position located in Israel; hiring domestically only.

Responsibilities

Manage an eight-figure annual revenue portfolio with direct accountability for results.
Own partner relationships across commercial, financial, and marketing fronts, handling day-to-day execution.
Negotiate and optimize commercial terms backed by analytical data and performance metrics.
Identify and maximize revenue opportunities within existing partnerships through data analysis.
Work hands-on with internal teams and operations to deliver on partner needs.
Continuously monitor and analyze site performance, turning data into actionable improvements.
