Senior Affiliate Manager - Revpanda Group is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the iGaming industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners across Tier-1 markets, while driving sustainable growth through strategic outreach and performance management. You’ll split your focus between acquiring new affiliate partners and managing existing accounts, ensuring long-term success and profitability for both sides.

Responsibilities:
 
Recruit, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners across multiple channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and revenue.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and incentives that align with business objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using tools such as Voluum, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Manage affiliate payments, commission structures, and invoicing processes accurately and on time.
Identify opportunities to expand affiliate portfolios globally and increase traffic volumes.
Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI, providing detailed performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Product) to ensure affiliate campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards.
Attend expos and industry events to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Communicate with partners primarily via Telegram and Microsoft Teams; calls are conducted as needed.
Maintain CRM updates and pipeline tracking through Monday.com.
 
 
Requirements:
 
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar affiliate management role within the iGaming industry.
Proven record in affiliate recruitment, retention, and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of casino products in tier-1 markets, major competitors, and affiliate market trends.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Voluum.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Monday.com).
Ability to strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
