At the start - hands-on work with partners and traffic, with the potential to grow to Senior/Lead Affiliate Manager with the hiring of a team and process management. ____________
Requirements: - Experience in a similar position in the iGaming niche for at least 2 years - Experience working with traffic, affiliate programs, direct advertisers - Knowledge of transaction types and the mechanics of their work in affiliate marketing, the process of monitoring reconciliations, players, income - Understanding the principles of building and working on Flat / Fixed Fee models and the ability to apply them in work - Knowledge and understanding of the operating principle of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, FB, Push, Email) - Knowledge and understanding of the principles of integration with affiliate programs, the ability to independently carry out basic S2S "Postback" integrations - Skills in working with Google Docs / Sheets, Notion, Trello, MS Excel - Experience with anti-detect browsers, VPN - Knowledge of English: B2 and above (95% of communications in English) - Ability to independently solve assigned tasks, protect the interests of the project, quickly respond to changes, collect the necessary information - Initiative and responsibility for decisions made - Emotional stability and self-control Will be a plus: - Experience Working with the casino vertical, particularly in regulated GEOs - Experience with TDS: Keitaro, Ads Bridge, Prizma, Volume, or similar - Experience with SEO traffic, understanding the needs and pain points of webmasters - Knowledge of the functionality and experience with the WordPress CMS - Experience with popular affiliate programs implemented on the following platforms (Income Access, Quints, NetRefer, ReferOn, Affilka, 1x, Tap, Map, Affise, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Scaleo, etc.) Responsibilities:
- Full immersion in the casino vertical project, working in tandem with the Project Owner, Sales Manager, SEO team
- Studying the specifics of GEO, vertical, traffic, transaction support, communicating with affiliate program managers, creating and discussing mutually beneficial conditions with partners
- Studying the basic functions of the affiliate product of the traffic acceptor (forms, personal account, sections, application, bonus policy, etc.), incl. working with checklists
- Working with referral links of affiliate programs, landing pages, conducting tests and evaluating performance
- Communication with the internal team, providing information, collecting data, reporting
- Analysis of traffic indicators and results in the affiliate program (conversion, profitability, players, identifying anomalies), incl. through communication with a team of analysts
- Conducting joint tests with partners, drawing conclusions, making decisions based on the results obtained and subsequent implementation of these results in work
- Basic integration of existing and new accounts in partner programs for S2S "Postback"
