Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced affiliate strategies to maximize organic growth and profitability
Lead and develop a high-performing affiliate portfolio, focusing on key markets and VBET's product verticals
Partner with new strategic Affiliates and create long-term client relationships across all VBET product verticals and key markets
Manage affiliate relationships in grey markets, ensuring compliance and optimizing performance in these challenging regions
Correspond regularly with Affiliates via all communication channels to maintain and optimize relationships
Monitor performance of affiliates, such as source of traffic, the quality of their players and the revenues they are generating to increase ROI and reach KPIs
Reactivate and engage affiliates already in our system
Own outcomes and incremental improvement for your affiliates
Identify new potential opportunities and conduct in-depth competitor analysis
Attend industry events with clear objectives and success criteria
Negotiate and optimize commission structures and deals with affiliates to ensure profitability and sustained growth
Conduct in-depth analysis of affiliate performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new growth opportunities
Prepare comprehensive and strategic performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and strategic insights
Ensure full compliance of all affiliate activities with company policies, brand guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements
Guide and mentor junior Affiliate Managers, ensuring their effective work and professional development
Develop and implement new approaches for affiliate acquisition and retention
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in an Affiliate Management role, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead capacity, preferably within the iGaming or online gambling industry
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills are required
Proven hands-on experience in Affiliate Management with a solid track record of securing, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships while directly contributing to business growth and profitability
Deep knowledge of grey markets and the ability to navigate the complexities associated with these regions are essential
Excellent understanding of online Affiliate Marketing
Experience in working in iGaming and relevant relationships within the industry will be a plus
Strong leadership skills and experience building, growing and managing teams (even if not a formal managerial role, mentorship is expected at this level)
Proactive and strategic mindset that allows to anticipate and solve issues before they become problems
High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
Proficiency in English, knowledge of French or Portuguese will be an advantage
Experience with leading affiliate tracking platforms and tools
Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven, strategic decisions
Deep understanding of compliance regulations and legal frameworks in online marketing
