Sales Manager Brazil - iGaming (m/f/x) Description bwise Media is dedicated to connecting brands with sports audiences through the powerful combination of data, creativity, and technology. With a strong focus on delivering measurable results for sports brands worldwide, our work is built around four core pillars: Direct Media Buying, Sponsorships & Activations, Performance Marketing, and our proprietary In-House AdTech solutions. We are expanding our reach in Brazil and thus on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join us. This role is network-first - what matters most are strong existing relationships with licensed Brazilian betting operators. You will collaborate closely with our Director of South America, as well as our Head of Sales Brazil/LATAM and play a key role in generating new sales opportunities both online and offline (including digital direct sales, media buying, sponsorships, print/offline, and more). Responsibilities
Promote and sell our bwise sports portfolio, which features live score apps, sports publishers, influencer marketing, and social media marketing.
Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with leading digital media outlets.
Reach out to and negotiate with sports betting companies and online gambling operators in Brazil.
Organize business meetings with potential clients.
Showcase our company's services and impressive portfolio.
Requirements
3+ years experience in a sales manager, sales executive, or similar role within the iGaming or betting sector.
A well-established network of industry contacts within the Brazilian iGaming space, especially betting operators and publishers.
A strong understanding of direct media sales (CPM), performance marketing, programmatic media buying,
Ideally experienced in affiliate marketing.
A proven track record closing deals with Tier 1 betting brands in Brazil.
A demonstrated ability to drive the full sales cycle - from strategy and planning to successful deal closure.
A strong enthusiasm for learning, coupled with a dedication to ongoing improvement and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients, attend events, and close deals.
Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and a very good command of English (spoken and written).
Based in Brazil (ideally São Paolo).
