Retention Manager Middle job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Planning and launching regular and one-time push and email campaigns (taking into account US time zones and quiet hours). Personalizing messages based on user behavior and their stage of interaction with the product. Configuring automated scenarios (welcome flow, N-day inactivity, pre/post-renewal, reactivation). A/B testing: hypotheses, launch, analysis of results. Optimization of key metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, retention. Building and maintaining email channel infrastructure (ESP selection, domain configuration, IP warm-up, templates, suppression lists). Collaboration with the development team to configure event/tag schema, frequency limits, deep link integration. Compliance control (CAN-SPAM, consent, unsubscribe, Apple/Google/OneSignal). Analytics and regular reporting on key metrics.
