Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless execution of research and testing projects
Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of testers
Handle tester payments and ensure timely compensation
Participate in client calls and assist with communications as needed
Consolidate and analyze data results and project metrics for internal and external reporting
Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor resource availability and ensure proper allocation
Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and timelines
Use verification methods to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Track and measure project performance using tools, systems, and KPIs
Report progress and escalate issues to management when necessary
Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
Qualifications
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
Solid understanding of iGaming and Sports Betting products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of social awareness and professional presence
Results-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Open to coaching and constructive feedback
Strong team collaboration skills
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Effective problem-solving abilities
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Strong client and account management capabilities
Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings
