Actively sourcing candidates across various platforms: Telegram, social media, professional communities and forums, job boards, LinkedIn. Analyzing the candidate market to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles. Entering candidate information into internal databases (Jira, People Force). Initiating communication with candidates to establish contact. Posting vacancies on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms. Conducting interviews alongside managers and HR Partners, with the potential to conduct them independently in the future. Expanding the network of contacts and maintaining an active candidate pipeline based on future team needs. Optimizing sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency. Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of interaction.
