Experience you’ll need to bring:
2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies;
 
Proven experience recruiting for Non-IT Departments (Finance, Customer support, Operations, Administration, etc.).
 
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
 
Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews;
 
Proven experience in European hiring;
 
English - Upper Intermediate;
 
Experience working in the iGaming industry (will be a plus).
