Our client, Jugabet, is a brand and gaming platform accessible to players in Latin America. With a strong regional focus and localized strategies, Jugabet is quickly becoming a key player in the market. Perfect for those who aim to: Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, CRM, Product, and other teams, ensuring priorities stay visible and on track; Own the meeting rhythm, including planning sessions, retrospectives, status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions; Improve multi-brand processes by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and documenting new ways of working; Enhance Jira adoption by configuring workflows, building dashboards, and driving best practices across teams; Automate routine work such as status reporting, presentation updates, follow-ups, repetitive communications, and dashboards using AI and no-code tools; Collaborate with external experts and consultants, translating their recommendations into practical solutions for day-to-day team operations.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
2–4 years in a coordinator, project, or operations role across multiple teams;

Solid Jira and Confluence user, comfortable configuring workflows and dashboards;

Comfortable using AI tools in daily work;

Hands-on with at least one no-code automation tool.

It's a perfect match if you have those personal features:
Curiosity: you ask clarifying questions to better understand a problem, process, or workflow;

Finisher mindset: you see things through to completion; loose ends bother you;

Maintainer mindset: you keep things organized over time, not just in bursts. Documentation, follow-ups, and small improvements don't get forgotten;

Attention to detail: you notice inconsistencies, missing ownership, and blockers that others might overlook;

Willingness to challenge: you speak up when something doesn't make sense, respectfully and constructively.
