Project Manager - The Project Manager will play a pivotal role at the intersection of Project Management and Business Optimization, ensuring the effective delivery of cross-departmental projects and leading initiatives that enhance operational excellence and business performance. -

This role is responsible for turning strategic priorities into actionable project plans, ensuring clear scoping, structured execution, and measurable value realization across all initiatives.
This role is more than managing timelines, it’s also about making things better every day. The successful candidate will be a key force in refining operations, embedding best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
 
 
 
In this context, the successful candidate is a structured and analytical professional with background in Project Management and
is comfortable working in dynamic environments with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels. They bring proactivity, structure and curiosity, able to see the big picture while diving into details when needed. YOUR CHALLENGE:
 
 
 
Effectively manage cross-departmental projects from ideation to completion, ensuring clear scope, solid planning, effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and making emphasis on measurable value realization.
Track and report on projects and initiatives performance to inform leadership and enable timely decision making.
Be an integral piece on shaping, enforcing and improving the internal processes of the PMO.
Enforce and facilitate the adoption of PMO processes, standards, and guidelines across teams.
Lead optimization initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, diagnose processes, recognize bottlenecks to enhance business processes and workflows, improving quality and reducing waste.
Assist teams in adapting to new processes and act as a change manager to facilitate smooth transitions.
Provide internal consultative services on specific activities such as process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, data collection methods, solution design, establishing performance standards/metrics.
 
 
 
 
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
 
 
 
 
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, (or equivalent qualifications/experience)
3 years in a Project Manager, Project Coordination, or Business Operations role
Experience working within a technology environment and/or igaming is a plus.
Proven experience supporting the delivery of mid to large scale projects utilising a range of methodologies Predictive, Agile, and/or hybrid methodologies, or structured project management practices.
Strong understanding of change management, continuous improvement and lean management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, able to navigate and influence others from C-level down through all layers of the organization.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Lean Six Sigma Belt, Value Stream Management or Lean Management certifications is a plus.
Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, PRINCE2 AGILE) is a plus
