Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (workflow setup, dashboards, reporting, automation);
Background in marketing operations, understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics;
Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize projects by dependencies, resources, and business goals;
Financial expertise: budgeting, cost control, ROI analysis, and resource planning;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels (from developers to C-level);
Analytical approach and experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Solid understanding of development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS, frameworks, backend principles, SDLC, CI/CD, Git);
Experience with integrations (REST, Webhook, WebSocket) and basic DevOps concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms);
Awareness of information security principles (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP, encryption, access control).
