RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Owner in our company, you will be responsible for:
Managing the development of affiliate products in the iGaming industry.
Ongoing work on developing existing online products
Translating business goals into product requirements.
Combining the needs of stakeholders from different departments (IT, SEO, Marketing, PM), managing their expectations and translating strategic goals into measurable results in the product.
Task management in Jira: preparing task descriptions understandable for specific departments, setting and supervising task priorities (backlog), monitoring deadlines, Backlog refinement
Active participation in Scrum meetings.
Analysis of competition, market and user data.
Collaboration with the marketing and SEO analysis department.
Monitoring the effects of implemented functionalities.
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a PO or PM in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of the affiliate and SEO industry
Knowledge of the iGaming / Sports Betting / Sports Industry.
Ability to think analytically and work with data.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush.
Independence, responsibility and good work organization.
I would add a basic knowledge of AI tools
Communication skills – you can talk to developers, CEOs, and task assigners in a way that everyone understands.
Welcome:
Experience with content products (e.g. news portals).
Knowledge of the gambling industry and legal restrictions (compliance).
Experience in collaborating with remote teams.
Knowledge of WordPress at a conceptual level – understanding the terminology, CMS operation, templates, plugins, and its capabilities and limitations
