Product Marketing Manager

03 SEP 2026

Product Marketing Manager We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help turn strong internal products into tools that teams not only can, but want to use regularly. The role focuses on two product areas: connector, which automates link-building and SEO workflows, and catalyst, which brings together an ecosystem of AI services for different teams and roles, from specialists to C-level. The key challenge is not simply to communicate new features, but to change user behavior: help users reach their first value faster, overcome resistance to new tools, re-engage inactive users, and turn individual trials into regular usage. This role sits at the intersection of product adoption, customer success, product marketing, and product analytics, with room for experiments in content, onboarding, education, interviews, and re-engagement. Remote Full-Time | Marketing Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Content Plan Announce new features and communicate their value to the audience through regular Slack posts, email digests, tips & tricks, new feature teasers, video and GIF reviews, and value-focused explanations through specific use cases for different roles (developer, product manager, HR, C-level, etc.). Onboarding New Users Reduce the time to first real value in the product through onboarding sessions, educational materials, and step-by-step instructions for new teams and users. User Behavior Analysis + Demos/Interviews Conduct interviews with users and key stakeholders (product managers, team leads, C-level). Analyze mentions in Slack/Jira to understand usage barriers and needs for new capabilities. Re-engagement of Inactive Users Proactively work with users who have tried the product and dropped off through reminders, personalized follow-ups, and showcasing relevant capabilities. Work with “adoption owners” — managers who make decisions about implementing tools within their teams. Measuring Adoption Metrics Track NPS/CSAT surveys after releases, adoption rate by feature, retention by feature and by role/team, and regularly draw conclusions and quickly adjust the approach based on data.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Ability to write engaging, clear, and structured content.
Basic understanding of adoption, activation, retention, and engagement.
Ability to work with product analytics and evaluate results, not just the number of activities.
Ability to create video and GIF materials for posts, demos, and product reviews.
Confident level of English.
Will be a plus:
Experience in SEO or link-building - relevant for connector.
Experience with rolling out new tools within a company.
Basic design skills in Canva or Figma.
Skills in creating simple demo materials: screenshots, GIFs, short videos.
Familiarity with product adoption tools (Pendo, Userpilot, etc.).
