Marketing Manager Requirements Over 2 years of experience in iGaming and affiliate marketing; Project management expertise in marketing campaigns for iGaming products and affiliate programs; Deep understanding of affiliate program structure, economics, and KPIs (CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.); Hands-on experience in PR, digital marketing, content planning, and SMM; Strong visual awareness and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends; Structured, goal-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills; Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: Production, Design, Events, and Tech; Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau); Campaign planning and execution from concept to post-analysis; Comfortable working in fast-paced, competitive environments.

Will be plus
 
Experience in gambling/betting or similar user engagement-driven industries.
Knowledge of real-time segmentation, campaign systems, or personalization engines;
Hands-on experience running and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests;
Strong documentation and specification skills (e.g. writing clear user stories or tech briefs);
Understanding of AI/ML models, client-server logic, and API interactions.

Proactive mindset and comfort working in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments;
Excellent communication skills able to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders;

Responsibilities
 
Own the development and evolution of the user personalization;
Work closely with the business analyst to translate product needs into clear requirements and technical deliverables;
Define and validate product hypotheses based on behavioral data and strategic goals;
Prioritize and manage the product backlog;
Cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality delivery;
Evaluate feature adoption and post-launch performance to inform future iterations;
Maintain a close feedback loop with internal stakeholders.
Present and defend product roadmap and progress to senior stakeholders.
