About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Product Manager to help formulate and oversee the execution of our emerging AI strategy. You will be responsible for the product planning, delivery and adoption / deployment of our suite of tools that leverage emerging AI technologies. You will also engage with business stakeholders to understand internal and external clients’ needs and be responsible for ensuring these tools are designed to deliver maximum value to the business and to our clients. You will also engage in build vs buy analysis for AI technologies that are to be incorporated into our overall service offerings and/or into our core business operations. You will be responsible for the selection criteria that are used to evaluate third-party AI tools. You will be expected to keep abreast of developments in this rapidly changing market: how AI is being utilized and deployed in the iGaming industry by our clients, our competitors and our potential customers.
What You'll get to do:
Manage and deliver on our AI product roadmap to enhance existing systems such as Fraud Detection, Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gaming protections; and to improve the overall operations of the business.
Collect and collate high-level requirements raised by clients and business units and incorporating these requirements into the AI product roadmap as appropriate while maintaining alignment with strategic business goals.
Drive the execution of the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch / adoption.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for successful implementation by engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to identify additional revenue opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure product positioning resonates deeply with client needs.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and interested parties, keeping them abreast of product direction, timelines and delivery plans.
Continuously monitor and evaluate regulatory developments, competitor products, and industry trends—proactively identifying opportunities to ensure the AI product suite remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with customer needs.
Develop an understanding of operator challenges, embedding these insights into strategic product decision-making.
Act as the internal and external voice of the AI product suite, effectively communicating vision, priorities, and rationale to executives, clients, partners, and the broader organization.
What You need to shine:
