Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a strong presence in Latin America. The company focuses on delivering a high-quality, personalized gaming experience by leveraging advanced technology and localized solutions. The client develops and launches proprietary Casino Games and operates its own CRM, Customer Support, and Back-office platforms.
Perfect for those who aim to:
Drive, develop, and continuously improve the Gamification System in close collaboration with the CRM team;
Design, launch, and optimize Missions, Tournaments, Loyalty Stores, and Achievement Progression mechanics;
Lead R&D initiatives for new interactive and engagement-driven features;
Create hypotheses, run A/B tests, and validate new mechanics using data-driven insights;
Ensure flawless functionality and stability of all product features;
Act as the first line of defense in identifying, documenting, and resolving technical issues before they affect the player experience;
Serve as a technical bridge between CRM, engineering, and product teams;
Ensure marketing initiatives are scalable, feasible, and aligned with system architecture;
Monitor, analyze, and optimize core product KPIs, including Retention, Churn Rate, Engagement, and player lifecycle metrics;
Maintain high product quality across releases and system updates.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
3+ years of experience in Product Management within iGaming;
Hands-on experience with gamification systems, loyalty mechanics, bonus engines, or reward-based features;
Strong understanding of product integrity, feature quality, and release control;
Confident usage of Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management;
Ability to analyze logs and understand API integrations at a high level;
Proven analytical mindset with focus on root-cause analysis and long-term solutions;
Experience working with product KPIs such as Retention, Churn Rate, and Engagement.
