PPC Manager Requirements Minimum 3 years of paid search experience in the iGaming industry; Proven track record managing PPC in Tier 1 markets. (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.); Strong skills in data analysis and reporting; Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau); Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization; Excellent communication skills; Analytical mindset with strong math skills; Experience with keyword research, analysis, and optimization tools.

Responsibilities
 
Launch campaigns with safe bids, budgets, and clear naming rules;
Select channels (Google Ads and others) based on reach, cost, and offer fit;
Plan account structure by funnel stage, GEO, and device for clean management;
Build keyword lists, group by intent, and add negatives;
Write short briefs for ads and landing pages for designers and writers;
Research the market, audience, and competitors;
Check results daily, adjust bids/budgets;
A/B test headlines, images, offers, and pages;
Work closely with design, product, and analytics to match business goals.
