Performance Marketing Specialist We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our partner team and help validate new traffic acquisition approaches in highly competitive Tier-1 markets. In this role, you will independently launch, test, and optimize traffic funnels, identify scalable connections, and work closely with internal teams on performance-driven experiments in the iGaming space. Remote Full-Time | Marketing Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Deploy and configure the tech stack for the validation phase: Keitaro, domains for pre-landers, hosting, and postback integrations with 2–3 CPA networks / casino affiliate programs. Design and iteratively test 20–25 pre-lander variations (story, quiz, spin-wheel, bonus reveal, news-style) on test traffic samples. Launch and manage test campaigns independently in native ad networks (MGID, Adsterra, Adskeeper) and push networks (RichAds, PropellerAds). Identify 2–3 profitable connections (network × offer × angle × pre-lander) that achieve positive first-touch FTD performance. Build an initial email + push subscriber base of 8k+ users for future retention testing. Document methodologies, test results, and conclusions in structured reports. Coordinate with the internal NightCrew team on pre-lander design, analytics, and email infrastructure. Report directly to the CEO of NightCrew with weekly sync meetings.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Hands-on experience launching campaigns in native (MGID, Adsterra, RevContent) and/or push (RichAds, PropellerAds, EvaDav) traffic networks independently.
Strong experience with Keitaro (or RedTrack / Voluum with readiness to switch to Keitaro), including tracker setup, postback chains, and S2S integrations.
Experience building and A/B testing pre-landers such as advertorials, quiz funnels, spin-wheel flows, and bonus reveals.
Strong methodology for rapid iterative testing with the ability to launch 15+ structured tests per month and cut underperforming variations based on statistically significant signals.
Understanding of unit economics on a cohort level: CPL, CPA, ROI by acquisition cohort rather than aggregate metrics.
Experience working with email/push capture mechanics within funnels.
Experience working with CPA networks (AffPapa, Income Access, AdCombo) and/or direct in-house casino affiliate programs.
Understanding of work in gray regulatory zones, including domain rotation, multi-account strategies, and cloaking when necessary.
Experience using spy tools such as AdPlexity Native and Anstrex.
