Performance & Growth Manager (Affiliate / SEO)

Our goal is to scale affiliate revenue through SEO-first strategy, performance marketing, and the development of our own products (player panel, competitions, tools). We are looking for someone who:

You will join directly the team responsible for the Legalnibukmacherzy.pl project and will have a real impact on the direction of development of the most important area of ​​our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Scope of responsibilities

Planning and implementing a growth marketing strategy

 

Development and optimization:

 

SEO (especially money pages and website structure)

content strategy (in cooperation with the Content team)

 

Running and optimizing performance campaigns (Meta / Google / native)

 

Testing marketing communications and user journeys

 

Data analysis:

 

GA4

 

user behavior

 

channel efficiency

 

Collaboration with the Business Development team in the following areas:

 

quality and intention of

the offer test traffic (from the marketing, not commercial side)

 

Collaboration with the IT department on:

 

implementing tests

 

UX / CRO optimization

 

Building a transparent system for reporting marketing activities

 

Sought-after competences

REQUIREMENTS – ABSOLUTE

 

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:

 

growth marketing

 

THIS

 

performance marketing

 

Experience in working with:

 

content services / price comparison websites

 

SEO-based projects as the main source of traffic

 

Very good knowledge of:

 

SEO based on user intent

 

optimization of website structures

 

Practical knowledge:

 

GA4

 

A/B testing

 

The ability to draw conclusions from data and prioritize actions

 

Focus on traffic quality, long-term growth, and consistent and transparent cooperation between departments

Experience in the bookmaking industry

 

Working with large SEO services

 

Knowledge of marketing automation

 

Basic knowledge of UX / CRO
