Perfect for those who aim to:
Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, aggregators, and alternative payment providers;
Support onboarding of new payment partners, including commercial, legal, and technical coordination;
Act as a daily point of contact for assigned payment providers and manage operational communication;
Coordinate MID setup, volume scaling, and failover solutions;
Support negotiations on fees, limits, settlement terms, and operational conditions;
Monitor provider performance, including approval rates, declines, uptime, and volumes;
Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on chargebacks, cyber complaints, and MID blocks or recovery;
Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams during integrations, testing, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
2–4 years of professional experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming;
Hands-on experience working with PSPs or payment providers;
Good understanding of card payments (VISA / MasterCard) and alternative payment methods;
Knowledge of high-risk payment processing logic;
Experience monitoring payment provider performance (approval rates, declines, uptime, volumes);
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with tech, product, risk, or compliance teams;
Basic experience or understanding of commercial negotiations (fees, limits, settlements) is a plus.
