Payment Manager - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO Monitoring, analyzing, and improving payment infrastructure performance. Managing and optimizing key metrics (approve rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, VAMP, and others).
Developing the payment ecosystem: introducing new payment methods and coordinating technical integrations. Working with payment partners: preparing reports, handling requirements from PSPs/banks/processors, reviewing and optimizing fees. Billing support and оператив resolution of payment incidents. Ensuring compliance of payment processes with regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
2+ years of experience in product IT as a Payment Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of payment mechanics, card acquiring (Visa/Mastercard), and payment systems.
Experience working with payment providers, banks, and PSPs, including negotiations and relationship building.
Experience in business deals and partner collaboration.
Advanced Excel skills and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have: ability to work with data (collection, processing, transformation, analysis, and visualization / SQL / Tableau / Power BI), knowledge and hands-on experience with A/B testing, experience working closely with Support teams, experience ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
