Paid Social Specialist - Better Collective is seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist to drive, optimise, and scale our paid social campaigns for our esports brands, HLTV and FUTBIN. You will play a key role in building awareness, driving user acquisition, and increasing engagement across Better Collective’s global esports audiences.

The Role
We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on Paid Social expert with a passion for esports. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X. You will be responsible for targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis to ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
 
Hands-on work experience is a must, and furthermore, the right candidate knows how to activate and engage with an audience to achieve great performance and engagement.
 
Working closely with our marketing, content, and analytics teams, you will help shape the esports division’s paid social strategy and implement innovative campaign ideas.
 
You will help lead, design, and constantly optimize our efforts with the clear aim of reaching the highest number of high-intent users and best performance. You are also accustomed to managing large amounts of data, campaigns, and audiences throughout the marketing funnel and are meticulous in tracking campaign results and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders and management.
 
Key responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns for esports brands across multiple platforms and markets.
 
Develop audience strategies and segmentation to reach and engage high-intent esports users
 
Test and optimise creative, messaging, and placements to improve results and engagement.
 
Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
 
Generate top-performing ad creatives. Create original video and image assets and explore automated solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our advertising efforts.
 
Stay up-to-date with paid social trends, platform updates, and best practices.
 
Our ideal candidate
Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
 
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
 
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
 
Proactive, creative thinker who constantly seeks ways to improve campaign performance.
 
Has interest or experience within esports or gaming, and has a solid, holistic business understanding
 
Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully run several campaigns across multiple platforms and markets at once.
 
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in paid social marketing, ideally in gaming or esports.
 
Proven track record of delivering high-performing paid social campaigns.
 
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
 
Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
 
Has an analytical mindset - constantly reviewing and optimising active campaigns
 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
