The Role
 
We’re building a new Outbound team in Malta. As an Outbound Sales Agent you’ll contact users at key moments of the player journey and help them take the right next step - from completing registration, to becoming active, to returning after inactivity, to resolving payment/withdrawal questions. This is one role with multiple focus areas. Depending on business needs and your strengths, you may work primarily in one stream or rotate across streams:
 
Pre-Registration (Sign-up completion)
 
Activation / Early Conversion (newly registered → first activity)
 
Reactivation (inactive players → return)
 
Payments Outbound (withdrawals/payment queries → resolution & trust)
 
What You’ll Do
 
Make outbound calls/messages to assigned lists (leads, new users, inactive players, payment cases).
 
Help users complete registration and de-escalate user difficulties.
 
Convert new sign-ups into active players through consultative outreach and smart
 
follow-ups.
 
Re-engage inactive players with a respectful, relationship-first approach.
 
Support payment/withdrawal queries: explain steps clearly, follow SOPs, escalate
 
when needed.
 
Keep accurate CRM notes, maintain clean pipelines, and follow
 
compliance/responsible gambling guidelines.
 
Deliver on KPIs (activity, conversion/retention, resolution time, quality).

Sales/consultative mindset with a player-first approach.
 
Excellent follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.
 
Calm, professional communication and strong attention to detail.
 
Comfortable working with scripts and KPI targets.
 
Fluent English; German/French/Italian is a plus.
 
Nice to have: iGaming, retention/customer success, payments/fintech ops, KYC, or customer support experience.
