Operations Manager (IGaming) \ job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage business metrics, collecting, monitoring, and analyzing across teams for better decision making on the holding and business unit level. Standardize key operational processes (reporting, forecasting, task tracking, goal-setting) across teams. Facilitate effective goal alignment and resource planning across projects. Serve as the operations point-of-contact between C-level management and team leads. Track the team's performance using shared dashboards and flag early signs of underperformance or bottlenecks. Initiate and lead operational improvements (e.g. automation, cross-team synergy, SOP creation). Organize regular retrospectives, sync-ups, and check-ins to ensure consistent execution across units. Ensure teams have the operational support, tools, and resources to meet strategic objectives. Lead and implement structural and operational changes in alignment with the company vision. Monitor and evaluate performance of operational processes; identify gaps and implement improvement plans.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Proven experience in operations or business process management, ideally in affiliate marketing or iGaming verticals.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics and KPIs across multiple teams.
Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Practical knowledge of task & project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion).
Ability to work with data dashboards and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Exceptional coordination and communication skills for working across business units.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing team dynamics and fostering cross-department collaboration.
Experience with building process from scratch.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is required.
